After all, the wings of our Messerschmitt Bf 108 have experienced a lot since 1942, when it was born in a factory in Regensburg, Bavaria. Because we want to be sure that we will always be safe in the air, we proceeded to thoroughly inspect them and replace the damaged upholstery panels. They undertook the work in the workshops of Let RePair.
The A3 fuel trailer is back in the workshop after it has been completely sandblasted. Only now will we be able to disassemble what has not been possible yet. After the sandblasting, many hitherto hidden details appeared.
The boys from Let RePair handed us back the repaired rudder to our Messerschmitt Bf 108. It is now ready for a new canvas cover. The next destination will be in the workshop of Česká aviatická, where the rudder is waiting for a protective spray and coating.
